VINAY NARAYAN SWAMY

Vinay Narayan Swamy is a Bangalore-based Civil Engineer, Creative Artist, Entrepreneur, and Author with more than two decades of experience in the construction industry. His professional journey spans construction, commercial fit-outs, residential development, project execution, and skilled workforce management.

He is the Founder of the Chowdeshwaris Ratna Group, a service organization specializing in commercial fit-outs, expansions, and construction-related solutions.

He is also the founder of CosmicNest Private Limited, a residential construction company focused on residential building construction, architecture, interiors, and end-to-end project execution.

Through IndianMestri, he has further developed a specialized service platform providing skilled labour and workforce solutions for large-scale construction projects, connecting projects with experienced construction professionals and workforces.
